To obtain a computer account in any of the Engineering College's computing facilities you must have a valid universal id and e-mail/PH password. These are the ones you use for the university's dial up service and e-mail. |

| If you do not have them or have forgotten your password....... | |
| Take your university ID card to room ET236
(Tiger-Lan lab).
There is a PC
next to printer with a card reader installed on it. Scan your ID and you will be able to reset your password. |
